And it's 100% impossible to give out what you don't have within your authority...

This is why it is an absolute must for you to go all out and look for a way to have it, it is what you have access to [a book, a mentor, an instrument, an opportunity etc] that will determine what you can get

And what you get is the measure of what you can give...
