One day ago, we launched WIPL.

We brought together five seasoned political experts committed to lending their voices to a challenge we often underestimate: women’s real participation in politics.

For a long time, it has felt like efforts in this space only scratch the surface, campaigns, dialogues, and orientations that rarely translate into deep, lasting change.

But the truth is becoming clearer: change will not be handed over. It requires deliberate participation, showing up at ward meetings, engaging party structures, joining mentorships, volunteering in campaigns, supporting women’s candidacies, and committing to structured political learning.

That is why WIPL exists.

We are not offering theory, we are building political readiness.

If you have ever admired politics from a distance, this is your invitation to step in properly.

Welcome to WIPL, where women become politically prepared and actively involved.

Applications are now open for our first cohort.
Only 20 women will be selected.

You will learn directly from state actors shaping governance in Nigeria.
