Today is Children's Day, a day meant for laughter, learning, dreams, and celebration. Yet our hearts are heavy as we remember the students and teachers reportedly abducted in Oyo State.💔
Instead of enjoying the safety of their classrooms and the joy of childhood, many families are gripped by fear, uncertainty, and pain.💔
Every child deserves to learn without fear. Every teacher deserves to educate in safety. The tears of these innocent children and the anguish of their parents remind us that the protection of our schools must remain a national priority.
On this Children's Day, we stand in solidarity with the affected families. We pray for comfort for every parent, strength for every teacher, and hope for every child caught in this tragic situation. May their cries be heard, and may help come swiftly.

Heavenly Father,
Today, as the world celebrates children, we lift up every kidnapped student and teacher into Your loving hands. Lord, surround them with Your protection wherever they may be. Comfort their hearts, calm their fears, and preserve their lives.
We pray that You touch the hearts of those holding them captive. Let mercy prevail over cruelty. Cause every chain of captivity to be broken and every hostage to be reunited safely with their families.
Grant wisdom, courage, and success to all security agencies and authorities working for their rescue. Guide every operation, reveal every hidden place, and bring the perpetrators to justice without further harm to the innocent.
Lord, heal the emotional and physical wounds of every affected child. Restore their joy, their confidence, and their dreams. Let no child lose hope because of violence and insecurity.
We pray for Nigeria. May our schools become places of safety, learning, and opportunity. May every child grow in peace, dignity, and security. Let Your protection rest upon every school, every teacher, and every family across our nation.
