Server logs showed 14,000 login attempts in 24 hours. Limited to 3 attempts. Attacks stopped.
Client site under constant brute force attack, server resources drained, legitimate users experiencing slowness.
We implemented login attempt limiting (3 tries, 20-minute lockout) using Wordfence. Attacks became ineffective, server load normalized, site performance restored. Added IP blocking for repeat offenders.

Jewelry store had cart abandonment emails (user added to cart but didn't checkout). Missing users who browsed products but never added to cart.

Marketing blog with single-category structure made content discovery difficult (post could only be "SEO" or "Content" but not both).
We restructured CMS with multi-reference fields allowing posts in multiple categories plus tag filtering. Users could now filter precisely, time on site increased from 2.1 to 6.4 minutes.

Hair salon posting weekly specials on Google Business Profile using generic "Learn More" CTA. Click rate: 2.3%. We changed to action-specific CTAs ("Book Now," "Call Now," "Get Offer"). Button clicks jumped to 10.1%, appointment bookings directly increased 67%.

Same ad creative for 3 weeks. CPM increased 340%. Refreshed creative. CPM dropped back down 89%.
Supplement brand found winning ad creative, kept running it. After 17 days, CPM started climbing (audience saturation/creative fatigue).
By day 21, CPM increased from $8 to $35. We implemented 7-14 day creative refresh cycle with new hooks/angles. CPM stabilized at $8-12 range consistently.

Email campaign offered 15% off, included code "SPRING15"- customers had to manually copy/paste at checkout. Only 68% redeemed. We created discountURL with ?discount=SPRING15 parameter, code auto-applied when clicking email link.
Redemption rate jumped to 94%, revenue per email increased significantly.

Client site occasionally taking 12+ seconds to load, intermittent issue, hard to diagnose. We installed Query Monitor plugin, discovered related posts plugin making 4,700 queries per page load. Replaced with efficient alternative, load time stabilized at 2.1s consistently.
