POV: You were invited to a shopping party and left wanting to buy everything 😭👟🛍️

I recently attended the PUMA Summer Shopping Party at Palms Mall, Ring Road, Ibadan and honestly, it was such a vibe! 🔥

From the music to the shopping experience, the food, the drinks, and of course the amazing discounts, it was an afternoon well spent.

What surprised me the most was seeing how many Ibadan shoppers showed up. Trust me, people came ready! 😅🛒

The best part? The Summer Sale is still on, with up to 70% OFF selected sneakers, apparel, bags, and more until July 27th, The Mix Africa 🛒.

So if you’ve been eyeing that pair of sneakers or looking to refresh your wardrobe, this might be your sign. 👀✨

POV: You were hired to create content for a catering company at a burial party... and now you’re salivating while editing the footage 😂

But can we talk about how good everything looked? 😩

One thing about food content, if it’s making me hungry while editing, then we’ve definitely done a great job 😭🎥

Creating visuals that make people stop scrolling, pay attention, and crave your products is what I do best 🤍

To every food vendor, caterer, and food business owner: your delicious meals deserve equally delicious content 😌🎬

Happy Democracy Day, Nigeria 🇳🇬💚

Despite the challenges, the struggles, and the uncertainties, we remain hopeful for this nation.
One day, just one day, I pray Nigeria gets it right. 🙏🏽
Today, I also lift up in prayers every soul currently in captivity, especially the kidnapped victims in Ogbomosho. May God protect them, comfort their families, frustrate every evil plan, and bring them home safely and speedily. May peace return to every troubled heart and community. 🤍🕊️
May our leaders lead with wisdom, may justice prevail, and may better days come for every Nigerian.
No matter how difficult things seem, I still believe Nigeria will be better. We are a resilient people, and I pray our nation rises into the peace, progress, and prosperity we all desire. 🇳🇬✨

Here’s to hope, resilience, answered prayers, and a brighter Nigeria. 💚

One of the questions I get asked the most is:
“Doyin, where did you learn mobile videography?”
The truth?
A huge part of my journey came from YouTube.
Before the clients.
Before the event bookings.
Before the confidence.
There were countless hours of watching tutorials, practicing in my backyard, making mistakes, and trying again.
These are some of the YouTube videos and courses that helped shape my understanding of:
✨ Mobile Videography
✨ Cinematic Storytelling
✨ Composition & Camera Angles
✨ Colour Grading
✨ Editing
✨ Filmmaking Techniques
And the best part?
Most of them are FREE.
If you’re serious about starting your mobile videography or filmmaking journey, these resources can save you months of trial and error.

Three things I’m really good at as a Mobile Videographer & Content Creator 😌🎥✨

1️⃣ Creating content that tells stories and captures moments beautifully.

2️⃣ Making my clients feel comfortable in front of the camera. Because not everyone is a model, and that’s okay 😭🤍 My job is to help you relax and enjoy the experience.

3️⃣ Buying more gadgets and convincing myself they’re “investments” 😩😂💸

But honestly, every new piece of equipment is another step toward creating even better visuals for my clients. One thing about me? I’ll always reinvest in my craft 🎬✨

The goal is simple: create memorable content, deliver quality, and keep getting better with every shoot.

Now tell me... what’s one thing you’re really good at? 😌👇🏽

There is something beautiful about using your skills to tell stories that create impact 🤍✨

I had the privilege of creating content for the Ibadan Ladies Hub Medical Outreach for Market Women, and it was truly inspiring to witness lives being touched through access to free healthcare services.

From blood pressure checks to blood sugar tests, health consultations, wellness talks, counselling, and referrals, this outreach brought care, awareness, and hope to many women within the community ❤️

As a content creator and visual storyteller, moments like these remind me that storytelling is more than creating beautiful videos—it’s about documenting impact, preserving meaningful moments, and amplifying initiatives that make a difference.

Here’s a highlight from an amazing day dedicated to health, wellness, and community service ✨

Kudos to the entire Ibadan Ladies Hub team and every medical professional, volunteer, and supporter who made this possible 👏🏽🤍

If you love family drama, Yoruba culture, wedding wahala, comedy, romance, and a sprinkle of church politics 😭😂💍... then Ajosepo: The Gathering is definitely for you!

Thanks to Filmhouse Cinema, Dugbe, I had the opportunity to attend the watch party of this beautiful movie produced by the talented and directed by the amazing visual storyteller 🎬✨

From the very first scene, the movie pulls you into the lives of two families navigating love, family expectations, unresolved tensions, and the beautiful chaos that often comes with Nigerian weddings 😭

As a visual storyteller, I couldn’t help but appreciate the cinematography, camera angles, colour grading, and the refreshing location scenes at Kap Village by the legendary . Every frame felt intentional and visually appealing 🤍

And can we talk about the humour? 😂😭
, and the entire cast brought their A-game! The laughs were effortless, the emotions felt real, and every actor played their role brilliantly.

What I loved most was how the movie balanced culture, comedy, family values, love, and life lessons without losing its entertainment value.

For me, it was a good watch, an enjoyable experience, and definitely worth the trip to the cinema 🍿✨

So if you’re looking for your next movie date, family outing, or weekend plan, this is your sign 👇🏽

Go see Ajosepo: The Gathering in cinemas and thank me later 😌🎬🍿

Have you watched it yet? Let me know your favourite character when you do 😂👇🏽

As a mother, my heart aches.

As a visual storyteller, I understand the power of stories... but some stories are too painful to tell.

The news of the abducted students and teachers has left many of us heartbroken, worried, and praying. Behind every headline is a child whose family is waiting, a teacher whose loved ones are hoping, and a community carrying a heavy burden.

“The Empty Desk” is a reminder that every child deserves to learn in safety, every teacher deserves to return home, and every parent deserves peace of mind.

Today, I join countless Nigerians in praying for the safe and immediate return of every captive. May God comfort their families, protect them wherever they are, and bring them home safely.

And for our nation, may peace prevail over fear, security prevail over uncertainty, and hope prevail over despair.

If this message resonates with you, please share it to create awareness and join your voice in prayer. 🤍🙏🏽

May our classrooms be filled with learning, laughter, and dreams again.

Sometimes last week, I forgot to wear sweater for my boys to school and it started raining heavily and I was not able to reach them because I was not at home any longer to give them the sweater to keep them warm and I was so concerned and immediately the thought of the little Children abducted in Ogbomosho creeped my heart and I started to imagine the hell the Children will be going through, deadly faces, maltreatment, nothing to-no feeding, terrible cold, fear embodies their little bodies, unstoppable weeping, and that thought alone wrenches my heart because what exactly was their offence? Nothing…..

Dear God, I join my voice with many millions of Nigerians praying for all the hostages at the kidnappers Den, that you will send confusion to the tent of this evil doers and miraculously send freedom to everyone kidnapped in Ogbomosho and across each State in Nigeria. My Country, Nigeria, I never imagined a day will come that we will be living with so much anxiety, no one is safe again, no place is safe anymore. God we need you more than ever, do not leave nor forsake us, we rely totally on you Lord🥺
