👇🏾 What I would do if I had to start my Instagram account from scratch (works for most social media accounts)👇🏾

1️⃣ Start with the end in mind.

I would be offering services like Website Design, SEO, CRO, Ecom Audits, Consultation, Paid Ads, etc. I would also be selling courses and toolkits.

With that in mind, I would plan my content around those pillars.

2️⃣ I would create a structure of posting that covers giving value, showing authority, engaging posts, and of course, sales posts. (Remember the end goal is to push my services and courses)

Would also make sure I use all of Instagram's tools, e.g. Single posts, Reels, Carousels, Stories, Lives.

3️⃣ Once I have my first 12 posts. I would start engaging daily with my potential clients/customers.

I would find pages they follow and actively engage there. Think of the last time you saw an amazing comment on a person’s page and decided to follow the person. That’s my goal.

4️⃣ By my 100th follower, I would start running ads to educational posts on my page to increase my visibility.

Engagement is a great way to grow pages organically but it’s manual labour and can take a long time. Using ads helps fast-track the process.

5️⃣ One important factor is that I would make sure I study my competitors to see what is working for them and how I can improve on it to provide value to my audience.

Rinse and repeat

Best part? Everything I just shared is exactly what I'm still doing to keep increasing my visibility.
