As a media/public relations measurement, evaluation, and research firm that understands the persistent heat faced by Public Relations and Corporate Communications managers to show empirical evidence of how they contribute to the bottom line of the organisation, we create a partnership with public relations and corporate communications teams that not only pinpoints their contributions but also addresses the foundational challenges around measurement, analysis, and evaluation; such as:
How to set clearer and measurable objectives that are tied to organisational goals
How to pinpoint the efficiency of corporate communications in quantifiable terms
How to convincingly link PR efforts/results to sales outcomes
How to show a quantifiable rise in corporate reputation as a result of your efforts
How to unlock campaign preliminary insights to drive better audience, stakeholder targeting, and message crafting in order to increase the chances of achieving desired campaign outcomes

As the year begins to get busier, here is our advice to , on showing the impact of their work:

Measure what matters to the Board. If you can't do that, then make what you measure matter to the Board.

Understand the organisation's priorities for 2022

Set clear and communications that reflect the business' priorities for the year

Align both long-term and short-term objectives with the overall business goals

Create metrics (custom metrics where necessary) on which you can track your progress and both as an independent as well as a player in your industry.

It's an amazing feeling when you see your predictions come true consecutively. Here is an excerpt from our monthly predictive analysis in June 2020.
"As COVID-19 continues to redefine the ways businesses operate, brands are looking at areas of opportunities to mitigate the effects of the pandemic on the organisation. For instance, to address likely working capital challenges, quoted companies have embraced issuance of commercial papers in the last few months. United Capital Plc, Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc, DANGOTE GROUP Cement, MTN Nigeria, Sterling Bank Plc had all raised commercial papers. More organisations may follow the trend in the coming months. It is also expected as the economy approaches the final phase of full-reopening, businesses will seek viable ways to mobilise funds for optimum operations which may lead to some organisations embracing rights issue strategy".
Two months after, Consolidated Hallmark Insurance Plc has said its rights issue was highly successful. Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc plans bond sale in two months. The reason is simple: to mobilise funds for optimum operations just as we had predicted.

In April 2020, in our monthly predictive analysis of the sector, we predicted that Q2 2020 would be a very competitive period for digital financial services providers. We noted that vs. Bank; Bank vs. ; and Banks vs. competitions were expected to heighten. We premised on the fact that MTN Nigeria announced its plans to launch deposit and withdrawal services on its mobile money platform (MoMo). The telco had reported a 36.1% fintech revenue growth in Q1 2020. We also noted that the telco might eventually launch the planned deposit and withdrawal services in Q2 2020 and might decide to take advantage of the unresolved USSD-charges battle with banks.
In the following month (May 2020), Remita struck a partnership with Cellulant to drive digital banking pe*******on in Nigeria. Almost all the banks have upgraded their digital channels since April 2020. Most of our monthly predictions since March 2020 have consistently come true.
