We moved from content calendars to campaign architecture.
From just “being present” to engineering attention and controlling narratives.
Because the brands that are truly winning are the ones building systems. Systems that shape perception. Systems that guide attention. Systems that turn interest into revenue.
That’s when it became clear, attention is not random, it’s engineered.
