Your mind embraces repetition more than reality.
The human mind has a strange habit. It often mistakes what is familiar for what is true.
Say a lie often enough, and people begin to question the truth. Say the truth often enough, and it becomes easier to believe and remember. Repetition shapes perception. It does not change reality.
That is why you must be careful about the voices you listen to, the conversations you entertain, and the words you repeatedly speak over your own life. Every repeated message leaves an imprint on the mind.
Do not believe something simply because you have heard it a hundred times. Test it. Question it. Seek the facts. Truth does not become true because it is repeated, and falsehood does not become truth because it is popular.
Guard your mind. What you repeatedly consume today will influence how you think, what you believe, and ultimately how you live tomorrow.
Guide your mind and learn the truth!
