I was what you will call a novice when I took this picture.😂 I had no knowledge on how to position my light in order to properly light my subject.
I had no understanding of composition or how to pose my subject. I was only an enthusiastic chap with access to a camera. I was itching to click the shutter and take a picture of my friend. 😂
I am better now, though I am still in the learning phase. I have a good understanding of the basics of photography.
Overtime, this particular picture was stuck in my subconscious and it has given me an idea on my favourite shots and lighting. It is a reminder of how far I have come in my photography journey.
Do not despise the days of humble beginnings. ðŸ¤
