Hadith

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَابِقٍ، قَالَ‏:‏ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ‏:‏ أَجِيبُوا الدَّاعِيَ، وَلاَ تَرُدُّوا الْهَدِيَّةَ، وَلاَ تَضْرِبُوا الْمُسْلِمِينَ‏.‏

Abdullah reported that the Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Respond to invitations. Do not reject gifts. Do not beat Muslims."

Sahih (Al-Albani)

SALAM ALAEKUM WARAHAMATULLAH WABARAKAHTUU,,,, honoured brethren,let us endeavour to fast tomorrow,as this is very rewarding.
The holy prophet was reported to have said that fasting on the day of Arafah(which is tomorrow) will expiate the previous and coming year sins.
May Allah ease our affairs.

قال رسول الله-صلى الله عليه وسلم-: " *ما من يوم أكثر من أن يعتق الله فيه عبيدا من النار من يوم عرفة ، و أنه ليدنو ثم يباهي بهم الملائكة فيقول: 'ما أراد هؤلاء؟' اشهدوا ملائكتي أني قد غفرت لهم*'."
صحيح الترغيب، حديث 11547

Allah's Messenger-peace be upon him-said: " *There is no day when God sets free more servants from Hell than the Day of 'Arafa. He draws near, then praises them to the angels, saying: 'What do these want?' Be witness that I have forgiven them,let fast tomorrow to have our reward and for Allah to forgive us, not fast only but all good we can perform.
