The Plateau Emerging Leaders Fellowship (PELF) 2025 is an intensive six-month leadership development program designed to equip 34 outstanding young leaders, two from each of Plateau State’s 17 LGAs with the knowledge, skills, and networks to transform communities, influence policies, and lead sustainable change.

WHO CAN APPLY?
- Ages 20-35 years
- A Plateau State Indigene
- Holds at least a Bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled)
- Has a track record of leadership/community engagement
- Passionate about governance, policy influence & sustainable development
