When I started designing,
I thought branding was the logo.

Make it clean.
Pick nice colors.

Choose good fonts.
Done.
But then I noticed something…

Some brands had beautiful designs
but no real connection.

Others?

Simple visuals… but people trusted them, talked about them, stayed loyal.
That’s when it clicked.

Branding is what you create.
But brand… is what people remember.

It’s how they feel when they see your work.
It’s what they say when you’re not in the room.

It’s the experience they carry after interacting with you.

You can design a logo.
You can choose colors.
But you can’t force perception.

That is built over time
through consistency, experience, and intention.
So now, I don’t just focus on how it looks.
I focus on how it feels.

Because at the end of the day,
people don’t connect with designs…

They connect with brands.

That’s where marketing comes in.

So I said yes to almost everything.

Low budgets.
Tight deadlines.

“No problem, I’ll manage.”
And I did.
But something felt off.

The clients didn’t value the work.
They rushed the process.
They negotiated every detail.

Then one day, I increased my price.
Not because I wanted more money…

But because I wanted better work.
Something changed.

Fewer people reached out
but the right ones did.
People who understood the process.

People who respected the time.
People who valued the outcome.

That’s when I realized:
Price doesn’t just determine how much you earn.
It determines who you attract.

Because when you charge higher,

this is where the real work happens.

No noise.
No distractions.
Just a screen, a few ideas… and a lot of thinking.

At first, it’s just shapes and text.
Nothing special.
Then slowly, things start to connect.
Colors begin to make sense.

The layout finds balance.
The message becomes clearer.
What people will later call a “simple design”
started here with trial, error, and patience.

Why this layout?

One evening, a small café opened on a quiet street.

No loud opening party.
No big influencers.

No aggressive advertising.

Just a simple sign outside:
“Take a break. You deserve it.”
The logo was warm brown.

The chairs were wooden.
The lights were soft yellow.
Nothing complicated.

But people kept walking in.

Why?

Because everything about that café told the same story —
comfort.

The colors felt calm.
The space felt safe.

The message felt personal.
They weren’t just selling coffee.
They were selling a feeling.

Months later, another café opened nearby.
Bigger. Louder. Flashier.
But it felt cold.

And people always went back to the first one.
That’s when I realized something:
Creativity isn’t just about making things look beautiful.
