🌍 Strengthening Partnerships for Rural Transformation in South Sudan

On the sidelines of the +4 in Addis Ababa, the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), under the leadership of Dr. Caroline Mwongera, engaged in a meaningful dialogue with Hon. Hussein Abdalbegi, Minister of Agriculture and Food Security, South Sudan.

On July 30th and 31st, 2025, Propcom+ hosted a two-day strategic workshop, funded by the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO).

The purpose of this high-level engagement was to define an Improvement Action Plan and Accountability Framework for the National Seed Policy Implementation Framework, an important step towards advancing and strengthening seed sector reforms in Nigeria.

The workshop brought together a distinguished group of stakeholders, including senior government officials, policymakers, seed industry experts, and development partners.
