Every business profile being small or big lies on the profounder of the business. When I say profile here, I mean the actions of the subjects within the business activity ( employees). The standard of the business is what 98 percent depicts the character, personality, past, present and likely future of the founder of the business even after his co existence.
As a founder of a business, there are basic skills that one require and there are activities that one has to neglect.
You have to choose whom associate with, when and where. Who are my like minds? What qualities can they add to my business? What concept have they ever brought towards development of the business? Have they ever brought some strategies to develope the business when it was about to show failure?
