Today in the Court, the Lawyers of PDP/Engr. Abba K. Yusuf submitted a motion for forensic inspection of Some INEC Election Results/Materials.

The motion was granted by the Kano State Election Petition Tribunal. The Tribunal has now ordered INEC to immediately tender election materials for 9th and 23rd march elections, for forensic investigation.

Note: Forensic examination is essential where a petitioner is alleging corrupt practices and non-compliance with the provisions of the Electoral Act. It is the easiest way to prove over voting and electoral malpractice. Through forensic examination, a petitioner may be able to analyse electoral materials within the limited time and summarise irregularities contained in them.

Kano PDP Guber Abba K. Yusuf Survives Another Court Ruling.

The Appeal Court Kaduna division has up hold the candidature of Engr. Abba Kabir Yusuf as the flag-bearer of the Peoples Democratic Party in Kano State for 2019 election.

Delivering the judgment, the justices of the court sitting in Kaduna dismissed an appeal filed by Jafar Sani Bello on ground of merit.

The court re-affirmed the decision of a Kano State High court presided by Justice A. T Badamasi delivered on 14th January, 2019 which dismissed the case on the ground of a statute barred.

The Appeal Court in Kaduna concurred with the judgment of the lower court saying, the case is lacking in merit.

It can be recalled that Jafar Sani Bello, one of the PDP Gubernatorial Aspirants for the October 2nd 2019 PDP primary election sought for a review on the judgment of a Kano High court, praying for the appeal court to declare him as the Candidate of the PDP in Kano State.

Responding on the appeal court judgment, the lawyer to the appelant Barr. Bashir Yusuf Tudun Wazirci, said the ruling re-confirms the authenticity of Abba Kabir's candidature.

In his reaction, the spokesperson to Engr. Abba Kabir Yusuf, the PDP Governorship Candidate Mal. Sanusi Bature Dawakin-Tofa, applauded the development saying, the victory to the 2019 election is in no distance.

"This is the third csse ruling my boss has won all within the last two months, we have never been afraid of securing this mandate" he said

We urge Jafar Sani Bello and any other bona fide member of the PDP family in Kano to join the rescue mission of freeing Kano from the hands of political free daters.

ON N30,000 MINIMUM WAGE AND RETRENCHMENT OF WORKERS IF KWANKWASO’S CANDIDATE WINS THE KANO GUBERNATORIAL ELECTIONS
To the dismay of all well meaning Nigerians, particularly those of us from Kano, recent unfolding happenings are disturbing and will not augur well for the development of our dear state. What is more baffling is the extent some people want to go, all in the name of politicking which should not have been. Ordinarily, elections should have been over. However, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) declared Kano state result inconclusive.

As a law abiding citizen, Sen Rabiu Kwankwaso along with all his followers are patiently awaiting the 23rd of March when the rerun election would take place, and when we will confidently emerge victorious.

The people of Kano have spoken, and they will at all times stand on the side of Sen Kwankwaso because of his people-oriented policies and programmes that have added value to the quality of lives in Kano and beyond.

Hence, it is disheartening that some media outlets carry reports with distorted information attributing it to Sen Rabiu Kwankwaso. These include a sponsored write-up in the Daily Times newspaper that says Sen Kwankwaso will retrench workers if Engineer Abba Kabir Yusif is elected governor and a badly written piece on Sahara Reporters, an online news medium, insinuating that Sen Kwankwaso has instructed Engineer Abba Kabir Yusuf not to pay the thirty thousand Naira minimum wage if elected.

On this note, we wish to call on the general public to disregard these concocted lies written solely to blackmail the person of Sen Kwankwaso who is not the gubernatorial candidate.

These concocted stories are deliberate and mischievous machinations intended to deflect our minds as we await the rerun election to take back our mandate and set Kano along the track of developmental progress.

We wish to draw the attention of the public to the fact that Sen Kwankwaso has never been and will never be an advocate of retrenchment, neither will Engineer Abba Kabir Yusuf. The people of Kano can testify to the doggedness of Senator Kwankwaso when it comes to issues pertaining the well being of Kano people, civil servants or not, in or out of government and that will never change.

Therefore, our attention should now be focused on seeing that the rerun election is free and fair.

Against this background, we urge the general public to disregard the concocted false information as it has no basis.
