CORONA VIRUS PANDEMIC-Lets work together in kicking out this virus from among us.

Dear reader, We hope that you are safe and taking the necessary steps to protect yourself during these uncertain times. As the coronavirus situation is evolving rapidly, most of us are facing big changes in our daily routines. We know this is not an easy time, but we would like to encourage you to not give up in your dreams.

You should also know that the task of evicting this deadly disease lies with us all. Hence, we must all take personal responsibility in abiding by every precautionary measures provided by our health institutions and the governments at all levels. Doing these makes it easier to fight the virus.

To this end, here are few tips to practice in staying healthy through this difficult time we all go through:
