Unless you make a very specific change to your Facebook ads location targeting...

You are most likely using the wrong Facebook location targeting setting.

Facebook's default location targeting includes people living in or recently in this location...

That includes everyone that has visited your target location on Facebook...

And that can be a big problem for a lot of Facebook advertisers because you can end up advertising to people that live nowhere near your target location.
