Every business get to experience the "I'll get back to you" response from customers and most of them don't know how to respond or what to do.
In this post I will tell you what to do.
When a customer says I will get back to you, there are a number of factors involved.
The first thing you should do is find out why the deal is not being closed at the moment.
You can simply ask "What is holding you back from moving ahead with the business/transaction/deal?"
8 out of 10 people will tell you why, now when they do you tackle that objection.
There are other factors that could be responsible for it.
1. It could be the customer is not the key decision maker.
In this case you can ask to speak with the key decision maker to help the process.
2. You did not properly communicate the value and benefits of your products to them.
You need to get this right from the beginning, you should not have to find out you were not doing your job right during a closing.
3. They might actually not have the money.
What you can do here is give them an offer, instalmental payment plan, discount or some form of incentives to spice up your offer.
In any case don't get too attached to a sale but it is very important you learn how to close sales.
Always.... Always have leads in your pipeline or funnel, this helps you get better at closing and making more sales.😃
