Sharing is Caring: How I Built a Platform to Reduce Waste and Unite Communities in the UK.
As tech person who's passionate about sustainability and community building, I was inspired to design a platform that would bring people together and reduce waste. That's how "Share & Care" was born.
After moving to the UK i realized that many people in the UK were throwing away perfectly good items, while others were struggling to make ends meet. I wanted to create a platform that would connect these groups of people, allowing people to give away items they no longer needed and receive items they could use also get a low cost essentials.
I worked tirelessly to develop a user-friendly platform that would allow people to browse and share items in their local area. From food and clothing to furniture and household goods, this platform is a one-stop shop for all your sharing needs.
This will all people to save money, reduce waste, and build stronger connections with their communities in the UK.
My vision for this project is to expand our reach and create a network of communities that support and care for one another. I believe that by sharing what we have, we can build a more sustainable and compassionate society.
