3 skills to making better sales.😍
Good morning everyone. Trust we're all feeling great today.
Today guys, I'll be talking about three great skills to making great sales 😊. For sure, I know you all will like them. So grab your seats and let's begin 😀.
You know, as a sales person, it's your responsibility to close sales. Right??
So, your first duty as a good sales person is your ability to empathize with your customer/ customers ...show them that you care. Do your best to show them that you care about the quality of the product they want to spend their hard earned money on. Especially when you don't have that product of a greater quality, you can as well refer them to someone who has.. they will appreciate it and will still come back to you tomorrow because you are the one who really understand them... believe me friend, your little show of empathy will now bless you with many more customers most of whom are gonna be recommended to you 😋 . Trust you know how it feels to be recommended to someone by someone else 😃.. joy and joy and joy😁😁. Yes!!! You deserve it dear because your ability to connect ti customers has worked wonders.🤗
Secondly guys, as a sales rep, your ability to discover your customer's problem and pain point is another important skill that will make you outstanding.. now this is really soft guys, isn't it ?😉
It'll be a great step if you can ask your customer some questions about how they feel about a particular brand of product. At this point, it is advisable that you go into market survey. This will go a long way in improving how you attend to these customers especially those buying a particular brand of product. They will love to buy always always from you because you understand their plight and you have attended positively to them. Guys, NO PAIN, NO GAIN .If you believe this makes sense,, say hi🤗.
Thirdly, you must be able to handle objection. Yes you read correctly. Objections must occur and you've got to face and surmount them.
There are some kinda customers who objects a lot ni matter what you tell them about product A or B.They think A is good but still want go for B. You must learn how to deal with such a customer. Be patient and honest with them. And believe me, your constant checks on them will definitely grow you positive results. Because the moment they test and see the great quality of your product which they might not get any where else, they're most likely to stay with you ..and.... BOOOM. YOU ARE CONNECTED 😀😀.
