People on a daily basis interact with You, your online pages, your staff, your product(s), the ambiance of your business, your marketing materials, and many more. They end up having something to say, in most cases. That is a Review. A review can come from either a customer or a potential customer.
Simply put, Reviews are experiences and impressions customers and potential customers get, just by interacting with your product or business in general. They are also called Feedback.
As we can see, technology has so transformed the global business space, such that, Customers are getting better informed by the day.
Prior to most purchasing decisions, customers go online to get reviews, which forms the foundation of their buying decisions.
