[(Customer at end of the period - Customer acquired during the period) / customer at the start of the period] X 100 = CRR

Example: [(100 Customers at the end - 10 Customers acquired) / 100 customers at the start)]X 100 = 90% CRR

4. Customer Churn Rate (CCR) - This helps you calculate what percentage of your customers leave your business.

Total number of churned customers / total number of all customers X 100 = CCR

Example: 200 Churned customers / 700 Total customers X 100 = 28.6% CCR

5. Average Purchase Value (APV) - The average amount of money each customer spends.

Total revenue / Number of orders = APV

Example: N500k Revenue / 200 Orders = N2,500 APV
