Ibeju Lekki Land + A Brand New Car

I am just so happy today.

Let me tell you why because you will learn from it.

Yesterday, I met an old student of mine in Magodo phase 1.

He came around to Magodo to chill out with his friends.

His name is Stephen.

What made me happy is that Stephen has grown a lot in terms of business success.

The first time I met him was in 2014 when he attended one of my famous mentor Toyin Omotoso QCC workshops.

I can remember that he couldn't even pay the entire N25k for the seminar.

But this dude is now a proper mega boy.

Last year alone, he purchased a land from me in Ibeju lekki, Lagos with a brand new car

The Car is latest Mercedes C class.

The last time I saw Stephen was when he came to my office in 2019 and was in need of advice on how he can scale his online business that did N5m the previous year.

I even remembered he wanted to pay me N300k or so for coaching but I didn't have the time.

But here he was telling me how he is on his way to make N20m this year with his online business.

And he is not even up to 30 years old.

A lot of people have been on my email list for over 5 years and have refused to act on any of the information I share.

So, I am happy when I see the few who listen to me succeed.

I am not saying I am solely responsible for Stephen’s success.

But I know had a small part to play.

One of the things I have noticed about Stephen from that first time I met him in that QCC seminar is that he is an ACTION TAKER.

He doesn't give excuses.

He just goes and does whatever you ask him to do.

Then he was also telling me how he spends thousands aggressively to promote his products online using social media and influencers.

No wonder he is mega successful.

Anyway...I will keep doing what I know how to do.

Which is - Sharing business ideas and valuable information with you.

If you are one of the few people who take action and don't give excuses, we might also meet one day in Magodo or any other nice place.

There is an ancient Greek saying which goes like this - "Fortune favours the brave"

Until you set your fears aside and start taking aggressive action, not much will change for you.

That is what I have for you today.
