The things I struggled most with as a Flutter beginner:

1. Code structure
2. State-management
3. No real project management
4. chasing the next shiny Flutter package

The solution to these are quite simple:

1. Use a feature first approach.
2. Any will do. Stick with it though.
3. Think before you start. Write down tasks.
4. There will always be new technology. But the more dependencies you add, the more problems down the line you will get.

Don't get frustrated if things don't work out the way you wanted. You will learn from mistakes.
