Real estate wonât make you rich.
Let me say it properly
Real estate by itself wonât make you rich.
No business will.
Not stock marketing, not selling products, not anything.
Itâs not the system that makes you rich.
Itâs what you do with the system that does.
Because if real estate alone made people rich,
we wouldnât have broke landlords⊠but we do đ
So clearly, thereâs a right way to play this game.
Let me show you 3:
1. Think long-term
Some people buy land just because itâs trending or because they have money.
Their plan? âIâll sell in 2 years.â
Thatâs not strategy, thatâs guesswork. Wealth in real estate is built with patience and you should think long term.
2. Think like an investor, not a spender
Donât just buy and sell, buy with a plan.
What happens after you sell?
If you cash out and spend the profit on things that donât grow, then what was the point of waiting to spend when you should have spent it earlier. Just more money to spend.
Smart investors donât âeatâ their profits.
They recycle it into assets that keep multiplying like rentals, agriculture, income-producing properties.
Thatâs how money grows.
3. Focus on potential before title
The first thing people ask when they want to buy land is âWhatâs the title?â
Wrong question.
Do you even understand what youâre buying?
Can you explain it? Can you defend it?
There are different types of land and each serves a different purpose.
Buy residential land for farming, youâre stuck.
Buy agricultural land for housing, youâre stuck.
So before looking at the price, before title, understand the potential and have knowledge on what you are buying.
At GoRealty, we donât just sell land.
We guide you before you buy,
and even after you buy so you donât just own land, you build wealth with it.
A quick example:
A property we pre-launched at âŠ400k last year sold out at âŠ800k within a year.
Thatâs strategy.
Right now, we have lands in Ibadan:
* âŠ2M per plot
* âŠ3M per plot
Perfect for residential use and strong appreciation in 2â5 years. You can hit me up for the difference. Itâs also good for lank banking.
We also have:
* Agricultural/commercial land in Abeokuta
* âŠ400k per plot
* âŠ2.4M per acre (â 6 plots)
* âŠ6M per hectare (15 plots)
Itâs currently at pre-launch price and will be increasing by 25% next week.
If youâre serious about land banking, this is your entry point. You can ask me further clarity. The sweet part is that you can also get to earn on this land while you hold it down.
So tell me, which one are you starting with or land isnât in your plans for now?đ€
