Your brand doesn’t need to be everywhere. It needs to be where your buyers already are.

That’s the difference between activity and strategy 👇

📊 Programmatic Advertising — your ad spend follows the customer, not a guess.

📱 Social Media Advertising — built for scroll-stopping, not just posting.

🎪 Brand Activation — turning a launch into an experience people remember.

🛣️ Outdoor Advertising — from Lekki to Alaba, your brand where the eyes already are.

Four channels. One growth strategy.

“A campaign that doesn’t convert is just expensive art.” — CPPL Consulting

Reach tells you who saw it. Conversion tells you if it worked. Two very different report cards.

Save this for the next time someone pitches you on “vibes only.”

Reach isn’t revenue. 📊

Most FMCG teams walk into Q4 chasing the same number: reach. More impressions, more billboards, more “share of voice.”

But reach only tells you who saw your brand, not who bought it, and definitely not whether it moved off the shelf before the promo ended.

The metric that actually matters this quarter? Sell-through rate. It’s the difference between a campaign that looks good in a report and one that shows up on a P&L.

We’ve watched brands spend big on visibility in Lekki while shelves in Alaba and Mile 12 sat still — because distributor stock wasn’t turning fast enough to match the demand spike reach was supposed to create.

Swipe through for the framework, then tell us: which number is your team optimising for this Q4? →

Most brands study their competitors by looking at their ads and their social media. That’s the surface.

The brands pulling ahead are studying what their competitors are missing, the consumer segments they’re ignoring, the objections they’re not answering, the geographies they haven’t reached.

Knowledge of the gap is a competitive advantage.

We help Nigerian brands find the gaps worth knowing.

Most Nigerian founders ask: “How much should we spend on marketing?”

The better question is: “Is the business ready for what marketing will produce?”

Because marketing amplifies what already exists. Invest too early — before the product has proven itself, before the sales process can handle demand, before there’s a clear pathway from awareness to revenue — and you’re not accelerating growth. You’re accelerating problems.

Swipe through the 5 signals that say your business is ready. ➡

Most growing Nigerian businesses ask the wrong marketing question.

They ask: “How much should we spend?”

The better question is: “Are we ready for what marketing will produce?”

Because marketing amplifies what already exists. If the product hasn’t proven itself, if the sales process can’t handle new demand, if there’s no clear pathway from awareness to revenue, more visibility won’t fix any of that. It will accelerate the problem.

The businesses that get the most from marketing investment are the ones that treated it as a business decision first, and a creative one second.

Ready is not about budget. It’s about what the business can do with attention when it arrives.
