As we all know, the inability of leaders to understand appropriate leadership dynamics, people management as well as adapting to ethno-social changes in the workplace and outside the workplace may result in several project failures.
How then can a leader thrive in an ever-changing business environment which involves dealing with people from different cultures?
I am doing this program to help me in my drive to open more offices outside Nigeria and to understand the best corporate leadership style that works for different cultures and nations.
