I will tag this write up as; Benefit of Exercise as a Therapy to Maintaining Mental Health.
Before I list the benefits for you, let me flash back to what happens in 2020
I could remembered around March 2020 during the first wave of COVID-19, I was in the house for almost 48 hour without stepping out, during the time, I was just surfing the internet and I came across a publications that talked about possible human cost of the COVID-19, how the world will cope after COVID-19, Mental Health, Depression, and lot more, you know I was indoor and had nowhere to go, I stayed glue to the articles from A-Z.
I then reflect, so there are lot of benefit to our physical and mental health if we can applied sequences of deliberate effort and be consistent in doing it.
This effort is called exercises, it’s the act of engaging in physical activity for the purposes of working your body to stay healthy.
It’s scientifically proven that, the absence of mental illness does not equal mental health. Just as the lack of physical illness does not equal physical wellness.
Exercise is a preventative activity for both physical and mental health.
