The Nigerian Ad industry is presently suffering from a menace, which if not promptly nipped in the bud, will lead to its eventual self-destruct. This ailment unlike any other is self- induced. Okay so I low-key watched this ad with plenty skepticism, don't ask me why! To my surprise, I quite enjoyed it. The dialogue was on point, cheeky and had some humorous angles to it. I especially enjoyed Korede's 'ITK' aka 'know it all' behavior. On the flip side though, when will brands stop forcing their colors down our throats please? Haba! [ 60 more words ]

Okay so I have watched and re-watched this ad with biased and unbiased eyes, and the only recurring thing from all these plenty watches is that the ad is just BAD! I'm sorry, but there isn't any nicer way to put this! See ad below and read my analysis after watching the ad please. I talked about this 737 phenomenon sometime last year and my feelings are still pretty much the same towards this service. Now they have come out with a full music video for the campaign. Extremely catchy jingle, beautiful models, most especially the greyed-out woman, (who is goals by the way) , the burst of colors was so refreshing, the costumes etc. [ 102 more words ]
