Every nation that survives a recession do so on the basis of its production power. The fact is that a nations GDP is effectively driven by its small and medium scale enterprises. These SMEs are the core drivers of the economy
If we as a nation does not encourage made in Nigeria goods we will not be able to sustain our economy.
The best part of a nation's resource rest on her human capital and how it is harnessed. Encouraging Made in Nigeria goods sort of encourage the creativity hidden in other Nigerians.
The following are reasons we as a nation should encourage made in Nigeria goods.
1. It has the potential to increase foreign exchange earnings.
2. It increases our purchasing power before the League of Nations.
3. It promotes human capacity development.
4. It increases GDP.
5. It encourages creative entrepreneurship.
6. The more we encourage the products the more we increase the quality take a cue from Japan and most recently China.
When made in Nigeria goods are encouraged we will become an economic hub like China.
