"Confess to one another therefore your faults (your slips, your false steps, your offenses, your sins) and pray [also] for one another, that you may be healed and restored [to a spiritual tone of mind and heart]. Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. KJV

Make this your common practice: Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you can live together whole and healed. The prayer of a person living right with God is something powerful to be reckoned with. Elijah, for instance, human just like us, prayed hard that it wouldn’t rain, and it didn’t—not a drop for three and a half years. Then he prayed that it would rain, and it did. The showers came and everything started growing again. (MSG)

Day 10
There are some things in life that IT IS ONLY GOD THAT IS BIG ENOUGH TO FILL THE GAP.

23 Thus says the Lord: Let not the wise and skillful person glory and boast in his wisdom and skill; let not the mighty and powerful person glory and boast in his strength and power; let not the person who is rich [in physical gratification and earthly wealth] glory and boast in his [temporal satisfactions and earthly] riches;
24 But let him who glories glory in this: that he understands and knows Me [personally and practically, directly discerning and recognizing My character], that I am the Lord, Who practices loving-kindness, judgment, and righteousness in the earth, for in these things I delight, says the Lord.

23 The Lord says: Let not the wise man bask in his wisdom, nor the mighty man in his might, nor the rich man in his riches. 24 Let them boast in this alone: That they truly know me, and understand that I am the Lord of justice and of righteousness whose love is steadfast; and that I love to be this way.
Jeremiah 9:23-24

Word does not suffice, riches and money do not suffice, people do not suffice, and only God is big enough to fill the gap, only He is big enough to fill the loss.

Come out of agreement with those feelings and cast them out because they did not come from you; don’t agree with them anymore. Those feelings of despair, depression, hopelessness, and confusion are not from you, don’t say ‘I am depressed'; cast them out, don’t agree with them, don’t accept them. Don't say you are this, you are that; your feelings are not always the truth; it may be a fact, but it is not the truth. Let the truth of God’s word change you; be in agreement with God and His word over your life.

Even on our darkest days, when it seems like there is no hope and all seems dark, a glimmer of light still shines through, God is still there, and only His light can pe*****te through the darkness in your life, no matter how dark it is.

Jeremiah 29:11
“Here’s what YAHWEH says to you: “I know all about the marvelous destiny I have in store for you, a future planned out in detail. My intention is not to harm you but to surround you with peace and prosperity and to give you a beautiful future, glistening with hope.

“I will bless you with a future filled with hope—a future of success, not of suffering.”

“I know what I’m doing. I have it all planned out—plans to take care of you, not abandon you, plans to give you the future you hope for.”

“For I know what plans I have in mind for you,’ says Adonai, ‘plans for well-being, not for bad things; so that you can have hope and a future.”

“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you an expected end.”

Satan comes to isolate one problem, situation, experience, or circumstance in your life more than all the goodness of God, more than all the good things working or going well in your life.
The devil does not know he is working for God, because the challenges, problems, and circumstances he brings our way to end us, if we allow God, will make us see God in bigger and different dimensions coming through in those situations and bringing us out of it.
Don't let it end you. When you think the end has come, God is about to show you another side of Him and of yourself that you’ve never known.

Peter said, “But on the ground of your word...”
“And Simon (Peter) answered, Master, we toiled all night [exhaustingly] and caught nothing [in our nets]. But on the ground of Your word, I will lower the nets [again].” Luke 5:5

This means the word of God is the only sure thing—firm and solid ground, unshakeable, unmovable ground you can stand on when all is lost. When all is sinking around you, don’t grasp to things, HOLD ON TIGHT TO GOD AND HIS WORD AND NEVER LET GO!
Speak life
Live! Live!! Live!!!
If dry bones could come alive by the word of God and become an army, how much more you that is alive?
I speak life into your spirit, soul, and body in the name of Jesus!!!

“While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.”
(II Corinthians 4:18)

No matter the things you see in your life, they are still temporary if you allow God; it also means you should look at the unseen things that are causing what you’re seeing in your life right now so you can address them permanently. The third part is to look at the quiet, unseen virtues, character, and refining that your present circumstances are building in your life. Don’t let it be trauma and wounds that you are building because they will be permanent, but let God use these circumstances to build you up into who He has designed you and created you to be.

No matter the situation, He is big enough to fill it and to fix it. He is more than able to turn you around.
His words are not fables or comfort food but real food for your soul.

Hebrews 11:3 (AMPC)
By faith we understand that the worlds [during the successive ages] were framed (fashioned, put in order, and equipped for their intended purpose) by the word of God, so that what we see was not made out of things which are visible.

The meaning of this verse is profound.
It tells us that everything we see—I mean, the creation of the world and even things to come—came from things that were not seen.
There are unseen things in this world that create the things we see, so something is creating that depression, that hopelessness that you are feeling; it’s not from you; it’s from something unseen, the devil, so don’t accept it as yours. Don’t say, ‘I’ve got depression; I’m depressed…’ It’s not from you, it’s from the unseen; likewise, sicknesses and diseases, whether you believe it or not.
But what I want you to know is, just as those things came from the unseen, you can create the world you want to see by the words you speak; you can create the life you want to see by the words you speak.
Speak life
Speak God's word over your life
Jesus said the words that I speak to you are spirit and they are life.

“It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.” John 6:63

So words contain a creative power, a spiritual power to give life or take away life, to quicken you, to influence you because they are spirits; words are spirits, which is one of the reasons why music affects you.
Create life by your words but better still by the word of God.
Declare the word of God, the promises of God, over the situation or circumstances in your life that are causing the hopelessness and depression you’re facing.
Don’t accept; don’t align.
Agree with God instead. Agree with His word over your life.
Speak life

Hebrews 4:12 (KJV)
For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

Over your mental health, the word of God presides. It can reach into your subconscious mind to deal with the roots of those problems - mindset, thinking patterns or behavioural patterns causing the results you're seeing in your life right now - to heal you and change you into a completely different person. The word of God can reach you, can reach into your deepest, innermost self, and address the root cause of what ails you. The word of God is a medicine.

Real rest, real life, and real fulfillment is found ONLY in Jesus Christ, no one else, and nowhere else.
