The certificate marks completion, but the real achievement is who I have become in the process.

Over the past few months TS Academy , I discovered that digital marketing is far more than creating content or running ads. It's about understanding people, solving business problems, making data-informed decisions, and creating strategies that deliver measurable impact.

This experience has challenged my assumptions and reinforced the idea that great marketing occurs where creativity, insight, and business objectives intersect.

It has also strengthened my skills in digital marketing, brand strategy, campaign planning, consumer insights, and data-driven decision-making.

More importantly, it has shaped the way I think. I now approach tasks assigned to me as a digital marketer with clarity, greater curiosity, intentionality, and a stronger commitment to delivering value.

To the facilitators, Durojaiye & Ogazi and everyone TS Academy , thank you for creating an environment where learning was practical, collaborative, and inspiring.

This chapter closes, but the journey of learning, building, and creating a meaningful impact is only just beginning.

Here's to continuous growth, bold ideas, and marketing that truly makes a difference.

See... I tried to put a caption but is short of words...

I just want to register my presence here today...

I've been watching everything (the good, bad, ugly) happening quietly and I just want to say "be human..."

In your words, deeds, in everything...

Be human...
Be graceful...
Know when to speak and when to just observe...

I am not doing this today, so I'll stop right here.

Washed my hair and it felt like therapy...😌

Last slide confirms that.😊

Okay, bye...👍

There was a time I would overthink everything.
How it sounds.
How it looks.
What people would say.

Well, I'm doing doing it different lately and it's the best decision I've made so far.

I’m saying yes to showing up, even when it’s not perfect.
Yes to being seen, even when it feels uncomfortable.
Yes to being myself, fully, unapologetically.

Because the truth is, growth doesn’t happen in hiding.

It happens when you step forward…
when you take up space…
when you allow yourself to be seen as you are, while becoming more.

So this is me, choosing boldness.
Choosing visibility.
Choosing to embrace my identity, as I build, learn, and evolve.

No more shrinking.

Just becoming.

You thought I've gone back to hiding right?
No. Just took some days off. I'm back and going hard this time.

This was me at
IWD event a week ago.🥰

If I’m being honest, I didn’t think I would get here.

30 days of showing up?
Consistently?
Me?

Instead of trying to fit in, I found my own way.

Lip-syncs.
Miming.
A little fun… but with intention.

And somehow, it worked.

This journey wasn’t always easy. Some days were exhausting. Some days I almost didn’t show up. But here I am, 30 days later.

And while this might look like 30/30, for me it’s more than that.

It’s proof that: I can stay consistent.
I can show up.
I can build something, even when it feels uncomfortable.

The truth is I’m not stopping here.

This isn’t the end of the challenge for me,
I’m continuing this journey.

Because now, it’s no longer just a challenge. It’s who I’m becoming.

To thank you for the opportunity, the structure, and the push.

To everyone who watched, engaged, or simply followed silently, you’ve all become part of my story.

And I’m just getting started.

The b¥llying videos making the rounds lately are disturbing, and heartbreaking.

If we observe closely, b¥llying is rarely just about a moment captured on camera. It is often the meeting point of two wounded places, the pain of the one being humiliated, and the broken thinking of the one doing the humiliating.

No child wakes up one day simply deciding that cruelty is their identity. Somewhere along the line, empathy was not taught strongly enough, accountability was not enforced firmly enough, or attention was being sought in the loudest and most destructive way possible.

Sadly, the child on the receiving end carries a different weight, the quiet questions that follow humiliation: “Why me?” “Did I deserve this?” “Will anyone stand up for me?” Those moments can shape confidence, trust, and identity for years.

But then, b¥llying is never just about two children.

It reflects the culture around them, the peers who laugh, the phones that record instead of intervene, the adults who may not notice the early warning signs, and the systems that sometimes react only when the damage has gone viral.

This is why conversations about b¥bullying must go deeper than punishment alone.

Parents must teach empathy as deliberately as they teach ambition.
Schools must nurture character as intentionally as they pursue academic excellence.
And young people must understand that power is not proven by domination, but by self-control and respect for others.

The truth is that every child is still becoming.

Every child is still learning what kind of person they will grow up to be.

Moments like this should not only make us angry, they should make us intentional about raising kinder humans because the true measure of education is not only intelligence, but character.

It is well ooo... ehnnnn...

Before today's class, I revisited past modules and class recordings, pausing when I needed to, rewinding when something wasn’t clear, and replaying certain parts until it finally clicked.

One underrated advantage of learning online is this:
you can learn at your own rhythm.

Pause.
Take notes.
Research something deeper.
Play it again.

And interestingly, when you watch a class the second time, you don’t just hear the lesson again, you notice things you completely missed the first time.

So today wasn’t loud or dramatic.
It was quiet learning… but very intentional.

Sometimes growth is simply slowing down enough to understand things properly.

Day 27/30 of talking about my Journey

Here’s a very interesting fact about digital marketing I discovered while going through externally researched content:

Most people don’t buy the first time they see a product online.

In fact, studies show that customers often need about 7–8 interactions with a brand before they trust it enough to buy. This idea is often referred to as the Rule of 7 in Marketing.

That means someone might:

1. see your post on social media,
2. watch your video,
3. visit your website,
4. see your ad again,
5. read a review,
6. and then decide to purchase.

So in Digital Marketing, success is rarely about one viral post or one ad.
It’s about consistent visibility and repeated value that slowly builds trust with your audience.

Here's a simple yet key takeaway:
People rarely buy the first time they see you/your product, they buy after they’ve seen you enough times to trust you.
