The nigerian music of today lacks definition and is simply monotone in nature. Our nigerian artiste follow one trend of music and as such lack any form of originality in their music. Although entertaining, it lacks any form of sense that is why for the most part you cant even hear what is being said. This is not to say we dont have good songs out there but the way our industry works is once a person makes a hit song everyone imitates that as well which leaves no room for diversity and uniqueness in the style of music. There is room for the acceptance of change only if are ready for that change
