Friends, welcome! I'm overjoyed right now. If we haven't already met, my name is Stanley Obiora Nwokwu, and I am the lead consultant at Cliqearl Properties. 🙋🏻♀️ That we began operations a year ago today is difficult to believe. It simultaneously feels like a significant and well-earned milestone and as though I just blink and we're already here. It's commonly believed that the first year of running your own business is the most difficult. Well, you get the idea! Being a business owner in Nigeria is not exactly an easy endeavor because it calls for constant tenacity in light of the current economic unpredictabilities. A rewarding journey with highs and lows of doubt and uncertainty.
One thing is still crystal obvious in the midst of all the confusion this year has brought. How appreciative I am that God has blessed us with devoted customers who respect and value our abilities as a rapidly growing real estate company providing fiduciary services to all of our customers. We sincerely appreciate each and every one of YOU for reading and understanding our information. Thank you for all of the likes, remarks, follows, DMs, shares, observations, and feedback—but most importantly, for your prayers and words of support.
My experience working in the real estate sector as a licensed realtor and consultant has been quite interesting and enjoyable. I've got the chance to interact with outstanding brains and collaborate with them on initiatives. I have also had the opportunity to travel and explore a number of cities, towns, and villages. A journey with both difficulties and enjoyable experiences.
And even while I sit here feeling incredibly happy of everything our first year has accomplished, I'm more inspired and enthusiastic about what the upcoming year will bring. We'll welcome them with a grateful and inquisitive heart. Growth, challenges, highs, and lows. I sincerely appreciate you being a part of this adventure with us, and I hope you'll stay tuned for more.
