In Nigeria, for instance, mobile phone pe*******on has reached 92%, with over 180 million subscribers, providing vast opportunities for digital inclusion and economic growth. The country's digital economy is projected to grow to $88 billion by 2025, accounting for 10% of GDP.
Globally, digital technologies and data contribute to approximately 70% of the 169 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) targets, with the potential to reduce the cost of achieving these goals by up to $55 trillion. In Nigeria, digital innovations have improved access to financial services, with over 40 million adults using mobile money services.
