This is the basis for this teachings and training in the first place.
Few out of the things that machines cannot do are;

1) Selling.
2) Costumers service

You see, man can produce or manufacture whatever he want with technology, it will only take A HUMAN to sale it to another HUMAN. This means that, there will always be a sales job. There will always be a marketing job. The ironic thing about this is that, this is the most paid employment around the globe yet, lots of people don’t want to do it.

The second job that will always be available is solving your fellow human needs. Listening to the complaints of people whom you are serving with your goods and services will always be there because:

1) It will only take another human to understand how his fellow human feels.

2) Man will never be satisfied so the need for someone to be able to feel in that aspect will always be there.

However, the problem with this is that, it’s not a high paying and popular as a marketing job. So, Marketing job top the list of what will always be available and in high demands.

Those who are very good in selling will always be paid very high for their skill and expertise, but the selling skills required for the time we are now and the future is far different from the selling skill of the past and present age.

The knowledge you are going to get on this training is not to help you get a selling skill so you can work for others but for you to get trained to be able to sale in a different way.

Early in this article, I told us how I have focus my attention in internet marketing. Online selling or you can still call it digital selling.

I know that some of you would say that technology has already taking this job, and I will never agree with you on that. Even if you present proofs I will never agree instead I will proof to you that it is man that is using technology to sale because that is the primary purpose of machines, (technology) the primary purpose of technology is so man can use it to do whatever he wants done faster and with less efforts and not the other way round.

(Please understand that I am not imposing my opinion on you)

Technology can be program to do a non-selling jobs but it can never sale on its own. Man can program it to collect money and other minor selling processes but the true art of selling is done by man himself.

ANYTHING OF IMPORTANCE THAT YOU IGNOR TODAY, YOU WILL PAY THE PRICE FOR IT SOON.

What am trying to say here is that, there will still be banking activities but not the type of banking operations that we have today.

The kind of banking that the future holds for us is an automated banking system. This is going to be a system where two or at most five people can successfully operate a whole bank without any issue and it will not be a bank that holds ‘money’ but ‘data’ because the future money is going to be ‘data’.

The reason for this is because, with continuous Advancement in technology and constant rise of cost of maintenance, banks owners will keep on searching for means of operating their business without adding anymore cost and yet be much more effective.

These costs includes;
1) REAL ESTATES INFRASTRUCTURES.
2) HUMAN EXPERTISE IN THE BANKING HALL.
3) PHYSICAL PEPARS, and so forth.

The future banking system will be banking by wire unseeing wires. (INTERNET) as a result of this, there will be different currencies. DIGITAL CURRENCIES. These currencies, will be far more complex, better and much more secure and valuable than the kind of currencies that we know and use today.

It will not be known as banks but data holding centers and the only people that can work in these environments will be IT professionals with knowledge in these field;

a) PROGRAMING.
b) WEBSITE DESIGN.
c) IT SECURITIES.
d) COSTUMERS SERVICE.

So future ‘‘bankers’’ will be known as data ‘‘managers’’ (programmers and professional web designers and it securities) and very few, two or at most five can handle the workloads for the entire continent even the whole world without the supports of anymore hands. With the understanding now that man can learn more than before, these five people will be well equipped with these skills to be able to efficiently handle anything you and I can presently think of or even imagine.

I used the word system above because, it will be a system that can efficiently serve people once properly installed.
As a result of this, anything business transactions, will ultimately change. People will always be with and in charge of their money (data).

When I was a child, I watched an American movie, it was a movie about robots and one of the actor said, when you create a machine to do the job of a man you have ultimately taken something away from the man.

That is why I said earlier in the beginning of this article that soon many Nigerians will be in BIG trouble. Not only Nigerians but the whole world, every one that is depended on employment of one company or the other. I am using Nigeria because I want us to be the first to be warned about what is coming so we can be well prepared and equipped to make sound decision that will be for our good and that of our children yet unborn.

Over the years, even before some of us were born, there had been growth and each time there is an advancement in the way people live and do business there is always lost in the previous ways of living and doing business because living itself is business.

Look at how fast things have changed in the past two years especially in the area of technology. Technology is what is driving advancement today. It has literally taken the world by storm and any nation or people that tries to fight the advancement of technology will either be forgotten in few years’ time or be no more.

This is what is currently driving the progress of our money regulating agency known as banking industry.

You and I can now do things in and outside the banking hall that we could not imagine before. We can now spend our ‘saved in the bank’ money as if it’s right inside our purse or wallets in our pockets. Any people or any nations around the world that are doing very well economically are also doing very well technologically.

Now that almost everything is been done through the aid of technology, what will become of man, how will man be able to cope with the pace of machines? Now that almost everything is been automated to successfully operate itself how will man be able to find his footing and still thrive?
The answer to that question is; the earth was created by GOD for man and not machines and so, there is always ways made for man all that is needed by man is for him to take a closer look and he will find it wide open.

True, there are no more jobs as it used to and even the ones available, man is competing with machine, and because man is not as fast as machines, man is losing, but there are things that machines can never be able to do and this is where I am going to point your attention to from now on.

You see, in the early 2000 when Nigerian banks began to install the automated teller machines commonly known as ATM, I knew back then that very soon, there will be trouble, it was just an ordinary cash dispensing ATM back then but I knew that very soon many Nigerians will be in BIG trouble.

In my mind, I said, if they can come up with cash dispensing machine, then they will soon come up with cash collecting machines and that means, people already working and looking forward to working in the banking industry as cashier, teller attendants, branch manager, cash officers, cash transfer attendant or any other position in the banking hall will soon be out of work.

These are not the only jobs available in the baking industry but if technology could take one of the most intelligent position from human then other positions is just like a mirage.

I knew back then that, very soon, THIS CURRENT SYSTEM of banking industry will soon be a forgotten industry when it comes to providing jobs for Nigerians.

Any one is free to argue this with me.

I know that people reading this will say, that I have a shallow view on this aspect and am very sure that most of the people will say; do you mean human won’t be in charge of the transactions in our banks anymore, or do you know how many years banking has been in operation, or better still, you can say; do you mean people won’t be doing business that has to do with money and banking anymore, you can as well say that am just predicting things that will never happened or come to pass.

It’s been like three months plus, since the page was created and nothing has been posted on the page to help communicate the real idea behind the creation of the page.

Thou the head line has given us a clue or intro but that notwithstanding, could be a bit far from the real concept behind the creation of the page.

Today, I want to take this time to tell us why this page was created.
