Yesterday, I went to 2nd anniversary curious….

Sometimes, you don’t fully understand a vision until you experience it.

Yesterday, I experienced FFI @ 2 and these are some of the moments that stayed with me.

A milestone deserves more than a birthday video. It deserves a STORY.

I recently produced a 70th Birthday Legacy Documentary for Babatunde Fowler, former Chairman of the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS).

I was given the existing materials and just 24 hours to transform them into a more compelling, emotional and professionally structured documentary.
The challenge wasn’t finding more footage.

It was finding the story.
And that’s what I do.
I turn footage, ideas, milestones and experiences into stories people can feel, remember and connect with.

“Maybe the problem is not that Nigeria lacks talent… maybe we stopped building people. 🤷‍♀️

Everybody wants ‘finished products.’
Companies want ready-made staff.

Young people need opportunities, businesses need skilled people…so where exactly is the disconnect?

Are companies doing enough to train and develop young talents?

So, as an employer, are you building talents or only searching for finished products???

Because, we can’t keep complaining about talent shortage when nobody wants to invest in growing talents anymore.

The real solution is ‘development’

I’m still in love with my first love ❤️

I started my career as a News Anchor…
…gradually to a Producer in the Mainstream media
…then moved to being a Producer in the entertainment world. A completely different experience for me, which took me out of my comfort zone…(but I love it 😍)

Did I struggle at first as an Entertainment producer? YES
I’m I still struggling? NO NO NO 💃💃💃

It was a whole fresh experience, coming from someone who has never worked in an Entertainment Industry but i’m still in love with my first love ❤️

Do I miss being a news anchor? YES YES YES!
