Timi was a good student and always got the best grades at the end of the school year. His classmates wished they could be friends with him, but his parents wouldn't allow it.
One day, Timi and his younger sister Damilare were on a school trip to an extraordinary cattle ranch in the countryside. Damilare pleaded with him to make some new friends while there, but Timi was too nervous to even try talking to anyone.
As Timi and his younger sister Damilare stepped onto the sprawling cattle ranch, it seemed like time had stopped. The rolling hillsides were breathtaking, dotted with cows lazily grazing in the afternoon sun. As they took in the stunning sights around them, Damilare realized that her brother was standing still and hesitant to explore. She knew he wanted to make new friends but was too scared to even talk to anyone. Reaching out with a reassuring hand, she asked him if he'd like her to introduce him to her best friend "Ife", Timi answered with a node of his head and a cocky smile 😒
That’s when Damilare stepped in and presented Timi to her best friend, Ife; an exceptionally beautiful girl who had such an enchanting spirit that she instantly won over Timi’s heart. Instantly there was a connection between them and for the first time ever, he felt brave enough to get out of his shell – it seemed like Ife had given him new wings! 😜
Timi and Ife started talking and she made him feel so at ease that he gradually opened up to her. As they continued to talk, Timi found himself telling her stories about his life and family that he had not even shared with his parents or siblings. It was as if there was something unspoken between them—a special connection.
Timi and Ife became fast friends. It was like they had known each other all their lives, their conversations were effortless and engaging. They would spend hours talking about everything under the sun, from Timi's love for science to Ife's passion for music.
Everyone in school noticed the friendship between Timi and Ife, they were surprised how someone as shy as Timi could come out of his shell so easily! Everyone respected them for being able to look beyond the superficial aspects of life, making sure that no matter who you are - you have a chance to be accepted and appreciated.
Their friendship grew strong over time, and during summer holidays when most of the gang went travelling around the world with family or friends
