There’s more to this post than laundry.
This design was personal.
The client runs a student-focused laundry service and when April hit, he wanted to tell customers two things:
1. Gratitude.
2. We’ll be back stronger next semester.
Simple right? Nope.
The challenge was balance: how do you make a shutdown announcement still feel positive?
I used warm lighting to evoke friendliness, bold whites to emphasize clarity, and gave it that crisp, clean feel like freshly folded laundry.
The copy had to sound hopeful, not apologetic. So I used words like “appreciate,” “looking forward,” and “amazing opportunities.”
My goal?
Not just to design a post but to build trust, keep customers engaged, and leave them smiling till the next semester.
If you run a business and want your visuals to speak directly to your audience’s heart, you already know what to do.
