For the longest time, I thought developers just didn’t get it. But the truth is, a lot of “design vs dev” chaos happens because of poor communication.
Now, I always section my design, annotate interactions, and jump on short calls before handoff and it’s changed everything.

Designers, can we talk about how ‘cool’ sometimes kills usability?

Some designs look good until you actually use them 😭.
Everywhere you look (animations, layouts, interactions), it’s all about what stands out, not what feels right.

Design is supposed to make sense before it makes a statement. It’s about humans first, not trends.

We should be designing for people not for aesthetics because even the most beautiful design fails if it forgets who it’s meant for.
