Every time I hear, "My store is ready, I want to start ads." And I be like, "can you please calm down", I wish I could shout at the top of my voice, that ads isn't the first thing, there are a lot of things that needs to be done and fixed. Most of the time, the store isn't good enough.
There are some factors that need to be considered before you go into marketing fully.
WRONG CHOICE OF PRODUCTS
This is by far the most common of it all because a product has been advertised on Tiktok doesn't automatically make it the best for you. You dont always have to go with the trend. Because a company started an advert on a product and it got views and likes, then that's what you want? There are things to look out for when choosing a product. Is it even useful at all? Is it beneficial? Is it in demand? Will it always be indemand? Some of you sell seasonal products and you wonder why people don't buy from you anymore after few month, well my friend, they don't need it anymore.
NO PROPER PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This is also important, when dropshipping, don't use the descriptions from the supplier, they are not detailed and can't give you your customers an insight of what the product does. They need to know the features and benefits, why they need to buy it, why it's good for them. Here is also where we work on SEO.
