You’ll definitely need to make a couple of pivots in the course of running your business.

📍'Little' pivots like changing your content strategy.

It’s very easy to stick to what you’re used to, even when the results you’re getting are nowhere close to what you desire.

The familiar is comfortable. It’s what you’re used to.

I see this a lot with the businesswomen I consult with and then watch over time.

You have a brilliant idea for a new product, marketing campaign, etc.

But you stall on executing because it’s unfamiliar territory. Even when you know that it could pay off massively.

So you continue with what you’re used to, even as your profit margins are nonexistent.

You tell yourself that at least you’re generating some revenue. Even though every month, you barely have anything left to invest in growth.

Because you’re holding on so tightly to what you’re used to, what’s familiar, you don’t have any spare time or resources to build that scary, unfamiliar thing that could change the game for your business.

This is your call to break the chains of the familiar.

If one customer asked a specific question before purchasing, chances are high that there are other potential customers who have those exact questions as well.

Your job is to know and understand the questions that your ideal customers will have while trying to make a buying decision.

And then provide answers to those questions and make them accessible.

Doing this will positively affect your conversion rate and reduce the amount of back-and-forth that prospects need to have with your business in the first place.

It’s one thing to desire growth, to dream about it. To see the sales coming in, the newspaper articles about the success of the business and the multiple shop locations being opened across the world.

And it’s another thing entirely to be ready to do the work those dreams require.

The desire for business growth is not nearly enough. In fact, it’s the easiest thing that anyone can do.

If you want customers to constantly refer you to their friends and network without fear that you’ll disrespect or stress them out.

Then you must prioritise having a good customer experience.
