Our progress with Crystal Academy and how staying flexible, while being stubborn on vision, is the hack to winning in 2023.

[A Brief Read]

We reached out to different photographers in the area we were looking to target, but they didn't want to collaborate. They wanted to get paid!

We didn't give up.

We understood the assignment. It was to collaborate with a relevant brand for expansion, to strengthen Crystal Academy's authority and to create a specific perception in the hearts and minds of their audience.

So, since the photographers weren't going to budge, we turned to snack brands.

And yes we're making headway... Even though it's a lot slower than we anticipated, we're making progress.

We got a favourable return mail today confirming that we could proceed collaboration between Crystal Academy and a (guess what brand...) Candy Brand.

We're excited and propped to make this work.

They turned down our proposal for a collaboration, requested to be paid instead.

Remember the collaborative opportunity we mentioned we are creating for Crystal Academy?

We didn't get into the details in our last post, but we'll share some of the details with you on this post, including some setbacks we're having, how we're tackling them and how you can use this in your own business.

We were going to run a collaborative social media campaign to welcome kids back to school as school is reopening today.

To make it work, we were going to collaborate with a photography studio, any photography studio.

But guess what?

Yes, you guessed correctly. None of the studios we reached out to wants to collaborate. They want to get paid.

They admit it's a brilliant idea and they see how it might benefit them, but they'd rather get paid.

Well,

How are we handling this?

Instead of collaborating with a photography studio, we're looking at collaborating with a snack brand or a spice brand.

We have sights on Star Maggi seasoning or Minimie ChinChin
