PRESS
A modest line of heildberg MOF (PH) 5 Colour A2 size press MOE; One colour press, particularly installed to handle printing of books blocks, a guillotine etc. POST PRESS/PRINT FINISHING. Automated and highly commercial lamination of printed substrates (boards and papers). As a clear leader in this sector , we have introduced some bespoke finishes, beyond the traditional matte and gloss finish.. some of these ate textured, and hologram designs that are particularly suitable for brand protection. We also offer varnish coating services from UV Spot and flood to water base coatings in matt, satin and glossy finishes. Another service we render is hot stamp foiling and embossment on automatic SBG heildberg press. LAMINATION
This is our fastest line; we have one of the best and standardized repertoire of equipments in this department. From semi – automatic machines to highly précised commercialized range. Our la crème is a full option automatic range that can laminate up to 900mmx1,200 (36”x49”). Some of the options that came with these machines are powder remover device and embossing roller. VARNISHES
We offer spot UV Varnish, Overall varnish and water base varnish services just like the laminating line, we also have semi-automatic and fully automatic machines for this operation. Our sakurai press is a silk screen 102 mm machine that has the capacity to print more than 2000 A1 size diverse substrates per hour. Gloss UV Rollercoat varnish (High Slip) is a High Gloss Varnish, this glossiness makes it not suitable for gluing or hotstamp foiling. Gloss UV Rollercoat (Foil block able). Varnish is a gloss variant suitable for further processes like gluing, foiling and many more. GLOSS UV SPOT
Spot UV Varnish is a high gloss UV Varnish applied tp selected areas of printed image to enhance product impact or highlight graphics design. It is silk screen process. BOOK BINDING
Our capability in this line include all the post – press processes; from signature folding to final trimming. Apart from perfect binding of paperback books we have a full line for hardcover books; from casemakin – casing-in book pressing to joint – forming all done with semi automatic equipments that ensure a world – class finish. We have put I place a semi automatic and automated production processes that ensure that clients orders come out with standard finishes that compares favorably internationally. Every process is meticulously and professionally handled. From case making, to preparation of the book blocks to casing I (the process of joining the book block and the hard cover to form a book)to joint forming which give the book a finesse.
