Here is the The prophet muhammad (sallallahu Alaihi wa sallam) story before hijrah.
The story of faith and resilience to be emulated

Let's start with THE ORIGINS OF THE QURAYSH TRIBE.

They are believed to have descended from the ancient tribe of Kinana, which was a branch of the Adnanite Arabs. The tribe was based in and around the city of Mecca, where they controlled the Kaaba, a sacred site for the Arab people.

Over time, the Quraysh became prosperous merchants, trading with other tribes and cities in the region. They also developed a reputation for being skilled warriors and fierce defenders of their territory.

one of the most notable early figures in the history of the Quraysh was Qusayy, who is believed to have ruled Mecca in the 5th century CE. Under his leadership, the tribe began to grow in power and influence.

He also established the system of pilgrimage to the Kaaba, which would become one of the most important aspects of the tribe’s identity.
Qusayy’s descendants continued to rule Mecca and expand the tribe’s power for generations. The early religious life of the Quraysh. It is believed that, prior to the advent of Islam, they were polytheists who worshipped a variety of gods.

The chief deity of the Quraysh was Hubal, who was believed to be the guardian of the Kaaba. The tribe also worshipped other deities, including Al-Lat, Al-Uzza, and Manat. They also practiced rituals such as divination and sacrifice at the Kaaba.

What is forbidden to the people on janabah.

The following is forbidden to the janabah.

1 – Prayer.( Sallah)

2 – Tawaf: Evidence of this has advanced in the topic of what it must be ablution.

3 – Touching the Qur’an and carrying it, and its prohibition is agreed upon between the imams, and one of the companions did not contradict this, and Dawood Ibn Hazm was for the side of the Qur’an touched the Qur’an and carried it and did not see them as anything wrong with them, and inference with what was stated in the two Sahihs that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, sent a book in it: (In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful … until he said (O People of the Book, come to a word between us and you that we only worship God, and do not share anything with it, and do not take each other as heads without God.

If you take over, say, testify that I am Muslims) . The Qur’an is like messages, books of interpretation, jurisprudence, etc., because these are not called a mockery and do not prove its sanctity.

4 – Reading the Qur’an: It is forbidden for the janabah to read something from the Qur’an with the audience.
For the hadith of Ali, may God be pleased with him: (The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, was not withheld from the Qur’an something that is not impurity) Narrated by the Companions of the Sunnah, and it was authenticated by Al -Tirmidhi and others.

What is salat? What is the first thing a Muslim will first be accountable for? How do you pray the salat? How are you preparing for your Akhirah?

Prayer is an act of worship that includes specific words and actions, beginning with the glorification of God Almighty,( Allahu Akbar) and concluding with the salutation.( Salaam)

Prayer has a status in Islam that is not equal to the status of any other act of worship. It is the pillar of the religion that cannot exist without it. The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: (The head of the Religion is Islam, its pillar is prayer( salaat) and the top of its top is jihad for the sake of God), and it is the first thing that God Almighty has made obligatory. Among the acts of worship, he obligated them by addressing his Messenger on the night of the Ascension without intermediary.

Anas said: (salaat Prayers were made obligatory for the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, on the night of his journey as fifty, then it was reduced until it became five, then it was called, O Muhammad: He does not change what I say, and you have fifty with this five.) Narrated by Ahmad, Al-Nasa’i and Al-Tirmidhi and authenticated by them.

It is the first thing the servant is held accountable for.

Abdullah bin Qart reported that he said, The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: (The first thing for which a servant will be held accountable on the Day of Resurrection is prayer. If it is righteous, all of his deeds will be righteous, and if it is corrupt, all of his deeds will be corrupt) Narrated by Al-Tabarani.

Ablution is known to be a water purification of the face, hands, head, and feet.

In Islam, ablution, or wudu, is a purification ritual that involves washing the hands, face, arms, feet, and head with clean water.

Ablution is legitimate for every Muslims that wants to perform sallah and any other religion’s spiritual activities.

(1) Evidence of its legitimacy:

Its legitimacy is proven by three pieces of evidence: (The first evidence) In the Quran, God Almighty said: (O you who have believed, when you stand up for prayer, wash your faces and your hands up to the elbows and wipe your heads and your feet up to the ankles)

(The second evidence) Sunnah. Abu Hurairah, may God be pleased with him, narrated that the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: (God will not accept the prayer of any of you if he elicits until he performs ablution.) Narrated by the two sheikhs, Abu Dawud, and Al-Tirmidhi.

(The third evidence) Consensus: Muslim consensus has been established regarding the legitimacy of ablution from the time of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, to this day, and it has become known in the religion by necessity.

The steps of ablution, or wudu, are as follows:

Begin with the intention to perform ablution for the sake of Allah.

Wash your hands up to the wrists three times, beginning with the right hand.

Rinse your mouth and nose three times with water.

Wash your face from the forehead to the chin, and from ear to ear.

Wash your arms up to the elbows.

We see in some Islamic countries that there are people who circumambulate graves out of ignorance.. What is the ruling on these people, and is it applied to one Among them as a polytheist?

The ruling on one who calls upon idols and seeks their help and the like with the praise of God is apparent, and it is major disbelief unless he claims that he circumambulate the graves with the intention of worshiping God, just as he circumambulates the Kaaba thinking that it is permissible to circumambulate the graves and did not intend to get closer to their companions by doing so, but rather intended to get closer to God alone.

This is considered an innovator, not an infidel. Because circumambulating graves is a reprehensible innovation, just like praying there, and all of that is a means of disbelief.

But what is common among worshipers of graves is to draw near to their inhabitants by circumambulating them, just as they draw near to them by slaughtering for them and making vows to them, and all of that is major
polytheism. Whoever dies on it dies as an unbeliever, and he is not washed or prayed for or prayed over.
What about the person who did it unknowingly? What is the Islamic Rulings on the person.

Abubakar Sadiq The Reason for the Battle of Badr.

The reason for this expedition was that the Prophet – peace be upon him – learned about a Quraysh trade caravan coming from Syria under the supervision of Abu Sufyan ibn Harb. It comprised a thousand camels loaded with goods, guarded by only forty men. The Muslims were mobilized to intercept it, aiming to retrieve what the polytheists had seized from the wealth and properties of the Muslims in Mecca. Abu Sufyan sensed the situation on his way to Mecca, informed Quraysh about the Muslim’s intentions, and urged them to come out and save their possessions. Quraysh, upon hearing the news, swiftly prepared and each of them marched intending to fight. None of the Quraysh leaders remained behind, and they were close to a thousand fighters.

sunnah Fasting

Fasting means abstaining from things, according to Fiqh-us-Sunnah, fasting (or Sawm) is defined as abstaining from food, drink, and sexual relations from dawn until sunset with the intention of worshiping Allah.

It's one of the five pillars of Islam, and it's an obligatory act for all Muslims who are of sound mind and body. The main purpose of fasting is to attain taqwa (piety and mindfulness of God). Fasting is also seen as a way to develop self-discipline and self-control.

The virtues and benefits of fasting.

fasting has many virtues and benefits. Some of these include:

It’s a means of expiation for sins.

It’s a way to purify the soul and body.

It’s a means of gaining nearness to God.

It’s a way to develop self-restraint and discipline.

It’s a means of gratitude and thankfulness to God.
As for the Quran and Hadith, there are many verses and narrations that speak of the benefits of fasting. For example, in the Quran, it’s mentioned that fasting is “better for you, if you only knew” (Quran 2:184). Additionally, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, “Whoever fasts in Ramadan with faith and seeking his reward from Allah, his past sins will be forgiven.” (Bukhari).

Fasting is part of the Ibaadah that take us close to Allah.

RULING ON RAISING CHILDREN WITHOUT NIKAAH

Questioner: What is the ruling on the couples who have been raising children without having Nikaah between them?

Dr Sharof: There is no deity worthy of worship except Allaah! The questioner says the couples have been raising children; it is not even that they bore only one child. They have been raising children (without Nikaah). Is this question read wrongly? They have been raising children; meaning that they have given birth to the first child, the second child, the third child (and so on). There is no deity worthy of worship except Allaah! There is no Nikaah between them! It is certain that such things do not happen in this kind of village.

Questioner: They died in that condition.

Dr Sharof: (Ironically Shaykh said) such things do not happen in this village; we thank Allaah.

The Congregation: Laughing mode activated!

Dr Sharof: (Ironically again, Shaykh said) this is because the people in this village understand the religion of Allaah extensively.

The Congregation: Laughing mode activated!

Dr Sharof: Do such things happen here?

The Congregation: Yes.

Dr Sharof: In this circumstance, the people who engage in such thing are criminals. They are criminals and fornicators. This is a deliberate disobedience to Allaah. Even if such act is done mistakenly it is a crime let alone the one who engages in it deliberately. We give this couples the regretful tidings that those children are products of fornication in the sense that they have no father to inherit from; they can only inherit from their mother. You can imagine the harm you have brought to these children who should ordinarily have a father to inherit from.

If such father claims he is their legal father, make him understand that they have only adopted his name. If he has the effrontery, ask him to claim the ownership of those children in the Sharee’ah setting. He will regret it because that is a deliberate confession that he engaged in Zinaa. People involved in this act should stop it. What is the difficulty in marrying a wife? It does not require that we organize illegal sittings.

If you see a lady you like, inform her parents. If her father does not easily agree, ask some people to talk to him (on your behalf). If her father is well persuaded, you will see that the marriage will become easy. If her father refuses to release her (without any valid reason), then the Sharee’ah will make her your wife. This will give you a rest of mind instead of organizing a sitting of Zinaa.

If it mistakenly happens for the first time, do not allow it to repeat itself the second or third time. They should rectify the issue before they die. As for the couple who died on such act, their ruling is that they died as fornicators and left children who are products of Zinaa. Similar thing happened when we were in Cotonou. We followed our teacher to consummate the Nikaah of a man and woman who had children who were above forty years. They said they are afraid of dying without having a valid Nikaah. What is the essence of this kind of Nikaah other than the fact that it gives the man the privilege of inheriting from his wife if she dies first, and the woman the privilege of inheriting from her husband if the husband dies first? The situation of the children cannot be rectified because they are products of Zinaa. Do not bring unnecessary harm to your children; give birth to them in a permissible way. There is no difficult (in getting married).

Africa is one of the places where marriage is very easy. Had it been that Allaah made it permissible for one to marry more than four wives, it would be very easy in Africa. What is the difficulty in it? You may be asked to buy a handful of cola nut, (few tubers of) yam, and clothes. All the expenses may not be up to fifty thousand naira. So what is difficult in this? For this reason, do not celebrate with the one who gives birth to a child in an illegitimate way. If you are informed about such situation and it is clear to you that they did it in an illegitimate way, tell them you do not attend such gathering. You must not go there; this is because if you and I fail to go there, they will know the gravity of the evil they committed. They will not be in haste to engage in illegal sexual in*******se some other times. In a situation whereby people support them and rally round them on such occasions exchanging pleasantries, they will not recognize that they have done an evil. That is it. Na’am!

Women Bath

The rules for women bathing are like the men, except that the woman does not have to break her braid, or squeeze it with hand, if the water can reaches the origin of the hair, for the hadith of or Salamah, may God be pleased with her, that a woman said, O Messenger of God, that I am a woman who is the most severe bracelet of hair( she has a too much of hair), should I squeeze my hair when performing Ghusl ja na bah? He said: (It is sufficient for you to urge it three stimulants of water and then lead to the rest of your body.

And on the authority of Ubaid bin Omair, may God be pleased with him, he said: Aisha, may God be pleased with her, reached that Abdullah bin Amr orders women if they gave birth to breaking their heads and said: (O wonder to Ibn Omar, you command the women if they ghusl to veto their heads, do they not command them to fly their heads. And the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him and I have been bathing from one vessel, and what is more than that I will empty three voids on my head. , To be performed by the shop and the bad blood smells. And it’s permissible for a woman who bathes from menstruation and Nifaas should take a rag filled with the perfume of (Al-misk) or other perfume to fill the blood flow on her body in order to stop the bad omens coming out from the blood.

Ruling on asking magicians and sorcerers

These and their likes are among the Sufis who have reprehensible deeds and false behaviour, and they are also among the soothsayers about whom the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: ((Whoever goes to a soothsayer and asks him about something, his prayer will not be accepted for forty days)) and that is
because of their claim to knowledge of the unseen, their service to the jinn,
and their worship of them.

And they mislead people about the types of magic they do, which God said in the story of Moses and Pharaoh: He said, “Cast.” But when they cast, they bewitched the eyes of the people and terrified them.

And they came with great magic. so it is not permissible to come to them or ask them for this honorable hadith, and
for his saying, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him: ((Whoever goes to a soothsayer and believes what
he says has disbelieved in what was revealed to Muhammad, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him)),
and in another wording: ((Whoever comes If a fortune teller or soothsayer believes what he says, then he has disbelieved in what was revealed to Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace.)

As for their supplication to other than God and their seeking help from other than God, or their claim that their fathers and ancestors dispose of the universe or heal the sick or answer prayers despite their death or absence, all of this is disbelief in God Almighty, and major polytheism.
