FACEBOOK PROFILE VS BUSINESS PAGE..
I get this question a whole lot.
People confuse a Facebook Business Page with a Facebook Profile.
What's the difference between a Facebook Profile and a page?
The short answer is that a Facebook Profile is what users create for their personal needs, and a page is what is created when a business or some other organization needs a presence on Facebook.
To have access to Facebook, you must own a Facebook profile.
Whereas a page/Business Page is created inside your Facebook Profile.
There are lots of differences between the two, but majorly;
Facebook profiles are majorly for personal branding, while business pages are for business branding.
To get connected with another Facebook Profile, you send a friend request, and when accepted you will see the new friends contents on your time, while in Business Pages you Like/Follow pages to see their contents appear on your timeline.
Only one person manages a Facebook Profile while lots of people can manage a Business Page.
Most importantly, you can't run sponsored ads on a Facebook Profile, but you can run sponsored ads on Business Pages.
NOTE:
You need a Facebook profile to create and have access to a page/Business Page.
I hope this clears up the confusion a bit.
Have a beautiful sales week.
