How To Turn "I Will Get Back To You" To "Send Me Your Account Details" In WhatsApp Business Chat.

As a Whatsapp business owner, this is what you constantly hear from most people after you tell them the price of your product.

Before I move on, I just want to say that your product is not too expensive provided it gives the expected value.

If you sell an egg roll and promise people that it has a full egg inside, the egg roll they receive from you should have a FULL egg inside and not HALF.

As someone who also sells products on WhatsApp, I know how sad waiting for the "I will get back people" to get back can be.

But now, I don't have to wait for them to get back before I can close sales.

What did I do?

Well, I took my time to study why people say they would get back and don't.

One of the shocking things I found out was that the problem was from me and not the customer.

So feel free to stop disliking those who didn't get back as they promised.

After studying, I asked my WhatsApp contacts the different problems they were facing with customers apart from the "I will get back to you people".

I added their replies to my study and found out even more interesting things.

After studying entirely, I started sending them the things I found out and the solution.

Before I knew it I couldn't keep up with sharing it individually so I invited them to a group where I shared everything I learned.

ThE REAL GIST

So i went to the salon to get my nails done, as the process started, I noticed the Nailist enjoyed feeling my palm. She would turn my palm again and again just to file a nail, I kept mute till a lady initiated a conversation amongst us.

Nne your color is super, the lady told me, I blushed with a thank you, what do you use came another question from the lady, I disclosed the identity of the beauty products I use then she complained she's yet to see any product with that name. I calmed her down by showing her my catalogue and told her all the things she needed to to know.

As we went through my catalogue, we came across the hand cream as I explained how wonderful the cream is, the Nailist whom I thought wasn't listening interrupted our conversation immediately
Shebi you use the hand cream, asked the Nailist, 'yes' I answered. "Eheeeee I for say" shouted the Nailist, your palms were so soft while I was doing your nails.

I smiled and thanked them, they felt happy for having known my secret, not everybody will really tell you what they use😉
