Your boss is human too and is bound to making mistakes when Playing his leadership role.It is not easy to be a leader because one is dealing with different people from different backgrounds and mentality at the same time especially when it comes to marketing.You as a follower has alot to do as well.It is your job to call your boss attention to certain things he is not doing right or things you discovered are errors on his part that is making things not to move well.
After suggesting to him and he turns them down or ask you not to talk concerning it again then you know you tried your best but he didn't listen.You don't see your boss doing things the wrong way and you fail to speak but waiting for things to go wrong then you say it's your boss' fault.As a matter of fact you have the right to tell your boss if he did what makes you angry especially in taking some decisions.By so doing, posterity will be kind to you that you tried talking to him but he wouldn't listen same way your boss would always speak when you are not getting things right.
If you remain silent and allow things go wrong when your boss is busy taking wrong decisions and committing blunders that will not be to the interest of the company then you too are the problem.Dont be silent.Always speak up or forever remain silent.You too can be a boss tomorrow and I believe you won't like it if your followers keep mute when you made mistakes only for them to start speaking after the damage has been done.No one knows if all including your boss.He is bound to make mistakes hence speak when there is still time to but if you choose silence that means you have no moral standing to accuse him of wrong doings in future.

3. Buy what you want without drawing attention.Its yours not for everyone.Dont let your childishness cost you what you will live to regret tomorrow.Its an act of being childish for you to buy what you want to draw attention.

4. Keep your losses private and build yourself again calmly.

5. Let people wonder how you became successful.The secret of mind lies within them.Talking too much may cost you everything.Most times silence is golden.

They have cheated you. They promoted others they did not promote you. They denied you your rights. They didn't give you what is due to you. The work they gave you to do was actually part of the plan to cause you to fail so they will have a reason to sack you or not to pay you estacode. And yes you have a good reason, very cogent reason to complain, murmur and get angry and throw tantrums. You are very right in your stance. There's no doubt about it. And you know what I totally agree with you that you were in the right. There's no doubt about that. But you see it's not about what they did to you, how they treated you and cheated you and denied you your rights, it's rather about your response to all these. How you respond, and not react, mind you, is the difference between an excellent person, a person of character, a rich man and a poor, mediocre or a person of no scruples. THATS ATTITUDE!When you have attitude,you have everything.Today being a wonderful goal checking day,check your attitude.It could be the reason why your goal is not being achieved.

Even if you are better than your boss in all ramifications don't forget,the race is not only for the swift.God place you under him for a reason to learn and improve on yourself.Remember tomorrow you might not be with him again and everything you learnt from him will begin to manifest in your life.Therefore, appreciate every moment you are with your boss.He is not your enemy but God put him there to fulfil your purpose in life because without him,you can't get to your desired destination or rather your story is incomplete without him.

CANDID ADVICE.
1.Be careful with the way you trust people.Humand look the same, but with different missions.
2. Love never keep a man from pursuing his destiny unless the man is a fool.

3. When you want something, all the Universe conspires in helping you to achieve it ( Be consistent,you are not alone).

4. Don't burn bridges; You'll be surprised how many times you have to cross the same river to get to your destination.No one knows tomorrow.

5. Show respect for everyone who works for a living, regardless of how trivial their job (there's dignity in Labour and in every labor there is profit).

6. Education is important, but not necessary atimes (Life can be an education in itself).

7. Your happiness is your personal business (guard it jealously)

8. Invest in yourself you won't regret it but when you invest in people,they will surely disappoint you one day.

9. Learn to be alone sometimes and love it (it saves you a lot of headache).

10. Work hard and stay humble no matter the level of your achievement in life.

11. Love who you are and be confident

12. Stand and speak up for yourself not others.You can never know the mind of those you are standing up and speaking for.

13. Failure is a part of life, so, learn from it.

14. You may have fewer friends than you think (it's about Quality not quantity).

whatsoever your hand found doing,do it very well.Be consistent in all you do.one of the reasons people fail is that over the years,they ended up doing numerous jobs and ventured into different careers without focusing on any.They give up so easily when they encounter challenges.By the special grace of God this is my 16 years and still counting as a marketer.Quitting from it has never crossed to my mind.I had been consistent in it thru thick and thin for sixteen solid years.All I have achieved ranging from my car,my house and other investment I have made came through this business.If you look at me today and automatically get envious remember I have spent 16 years of my life in this career without deviating.You too can do better than me if you work on your goal for sixteen years.The problem with most people is that they want to make it overnight forgetting that nothing good comes easy.Believd in yourself and focus on your goal.Never quit because quitters never win and winners never quit.

Lack of commitment to your job is a contributing factor that leads to decelerating your goals instead of accelerating it.Your thirst can only be quenched when you are committed to your duties.One who is committed looks beyond the surface.He works fervently with his goal I. Mind and what he stands to gain and not what the company would gain from his capabilities.The company in the first place employed you because it needs your expertise and capabilities to be able to move forward.Therefore, thinking that the company would benefit from your hard work and for that reason you won't be committed even worsen things for you.No employer of labour employs you without intention of benefitting from your hard work and expatiate afterall why were you employed in the first place if not to come and work for the company.When you start feeling cheated and used that is when your commitment will begin to decelerate.Work hard today bearing in mind that in every labour,there is profit.You keep enjoying the profit of your labour until you are able to start your own personal business and be independent.Thats how life goes,no matter how small the profit you make from your labour,it's worth every of your effort because it is better than being jobless.You may not appreciate what you have now until you lose it.
