I spend a lot of time looking at business problems. Not just the problem itself, but how it got that bad in the first place.
Most of the time it's something small. A business that barely shows up on Google. Ads that burn through money without bringing in customers. A task that takes three hours when it should take thirty minutes.
On the surface, they look like separate problems. Usually they're not. They're symptoms of the same thing: nobody stopped to fix the foundation.
I've worked on enough of these that I wanted somewhere to talk about them instead of just finishing the project and moving on.
So, here we are.
Everyone has advice for businesses online. Post more. Run ads. Redesign your website. Use AI. Some of it helps. A lot of it doesn't. What works depends on the business, and you can't figure that out from a five-minute scroll.
That's what this page is for.
I'll break down why websites don't convert, where businesses waste time and money, which automations are actually worth building, and what a weak online presence is quietly costing you.
Nothing complicated. No buzzwords. If I can't explain it in plain English, I probably don't understand it well enough.
This isn't really about websites or software. It's about making better business decisions and understanding why customers buy—or why they don't.
You don't need to be technical to follow along. You just need to be curious enough to ask, "Why isn't this working?"
I'll be sharing lessons from real projects, mistakes I've seen businesses make, and practical things that have worked for clients here in Nigeria and elsewhere.
No hype. No recycled "5 tips" posts. Just practical insights you can actually use.
If that sounds like something you'd read, stick around.
We're just getting started.
